SE Tylose USA expands distribution territory of Essential Ingredients to include Canada for the Personal Care and Home Care Markets.

Lawrenceville, GA (March 1, 2023) – Essential Ingredients, Inc. has been granted expanded distribution territory by SE Tylose USA to represent the Tylose® line of cellulose ethers used in personal care and HI&I market segments in Canada. Essential Ingredients already serves as SE Tylose USA’s distribution partner in the United States and has distributed SE Tylose products since 2014. “We set a strategic goal to expand to new territories and we are honored to be able to do so with SE Tylose,” says April Yeager, SVP and General Manager of Essential Ingredients. “Our partnership with SE Tylose has been a very positive and successful one and we look forward to being able to build upon this success by representing them in Canada.”

“Essential Ingredients has proven to be a valued partner in other regions,” said Mr. Adrian Brewer, commercial director, SE Tylose. “We look forward to expansion in the care and HI&I markets.”

For personal care products, Tylose® grades deliver viscosity control and rheological properties. Tylose grades provide a thickening effect and improve the foam stability of bubble bath, preserve moisture during a perm treatment, increase the stickiness of adhesive creams, act as a binder in powder make-ups and optimize the distribution of coloring agents in the hair. In home care applications, Tylose® products are ideal for thickening and adjusting the rheology of liquid, water-based cleaners.
