Position Summary
The Customer Relationship Specialist provides exceptional, personalized customer service to our top-tier accounts, working in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain to exceed customer expectations. Through coaching, mentorship, and intentional input on key team initiatives, the CRS will leverage their knowledge and experience to help others develop their skills and impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, providing them with real-time information and insight about product availability and shipments to ensure effective coordination and issue resolution.
Partner with the Account Manager and Supply Chain to find creative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up Customer Relationship Management software tools.
