05/05/2016Lawrenceville, Georgia (May 5, 2016) – Kris Maynard, CEO and Chairman, Board of Directors of Essential Ingredients, recently announced a series of organizational changes in support of the company’s growth plans. “One of our strategic initiatives is to represent suppliers throughout the continental United States. Our current coverage area includes all states east of the Rocky Mountains. We are in the process of expanding to cover the rest of the continental United States. This effort will be led by Mike Crum in his new role as Chief Development Officer. Mike had led of our most recent expansion efforts and is uniquely positioned to make our westward expansion a success.” Mike Crum will also be responsible for developing business relationships with new suppliers.

Additionally, Justin Jordan has been promoted to President of Essential Ingredients. In this role, he will lead the rest of the senior team including Todd Miller who recently joined the company as Vice President of Sales following successful sales roles at both Dow Chemical and Lonza. Mark Chilton was promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Todd Miller, Mark Chilton, and the senior leaders of Tech Services, Finance, Customer Service, and Human Resources will report to Justin Jordan.

Under the agreement, Essential Ingredients, one of the nation’s premier suppliers of raw materials and chemicals to manufacturers, is an authorized distributor of Momentive’s high technology personal care, consumer care and textile materials to customers in South Central, United States and South Eastern, United States.

In addition, Essential Ingredients is authorized to distribute Momentive’s silicone fluids and Softouch* boron nitride products in North Eastern, United States.
